INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT
This Independent Contractor Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of 2026-06-09, by and between:

1. SERVICES PROVIDED
The Contractor agrees to perform the following services for the Client:

2. PAYMENT AND TERMS

5. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Contractor agrees to keep all Client information, materials, and proprietary data confidential and will not share them with any third parties without prior written consent.
6. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay the Contractor for all work completed up to the date of termination.
